In a heartwarming display of sportsmanship and community spirit at Rowe Park Sports Complex, Lagos, the Lagos State Government sporting event - 'Sporty Lagos With Sanwo-Olu' was a huge success.
Event Highlights
Young sportsmen, women and enthusiastic lovers of sports and coaches, including club owners and managers attended the maiden edition event. The event featured darts, boxing, ayo olopon, ludo, weight lifting, table tennis, long tennis, chess, football, draft, konfu basketball, handball and others.
Vision & Purpose
Mr. Adebanji Atewogboye SKIBANJ, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Grassroots Sports Development, emphasized creating a platform for youths and sport professionals across five divisions in Lagos - IBILE - to converge for sports, entertainment and talent discovery for #AGreaterLagosRising.
